  • Can I purchase DVD outside USA?

    Unfortunately, we are available to ship the products including DVDs on Store to Only US and Canada.
  • Can I get free shipping for the products including DVD or EOR?

    Free shipping is only available on orders over $200 within the U.S. continental 48 states and the District of Columbia (Excluding APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Micronesia (Federated States of Micronesia), Palau, Canada, Mexico and the U.S. Virgin Islands)
  • What is your Return or Exchange Policy?

    1. If you receive a defective product, you shall notify at Contact Us or store@kbs-america.com with your product order number and a detailed description of the product's condition within 14 days of receipt. Failure to do so will result in the customer's request being refused or discarded.
    2. Upon authorization by KBS America for the return of a defective product, users must send the defective product back to kbs-america.com within 14 days of notification. We are not responsible for products lost in the mail. Please note that it may take up to 4 weeks to process the return of a defective product.
    3. After reviewing a description of the defective product and receiving it, we will test and examine the product. Upon confirmation that the product is defective, we will send a replacement via standard ground mail.
    4. Exchange of the defective product will be made for the same title only. There will be no refund provided for defective products.
    5. We will reimburse the return postage and/or shipping cost if we are responsible for the described defect. Reimbursements to customers will be made only for standard ground shipping. The cost for all other forms of shipping such as registered mail or courier services will be the sender's responsibility.
    6. For any unopened item, the customer may request a refund by contacting kbs-america.com and providing the product order number using Contact Us or store@kbs-america.com within 14 days of receipt. Upon receipt of the unopened item and examination of the product condition, we will issue a refund check. The shipping cost KBS America paid for the original shipment will be deducted from the amount in refund and the customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
